Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to oversee the Sales and operation of the Meat & Seafood Department. You will plan cutting lists, manage ordering, and lead a team to deliver highest quality product and customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years of meat cutting experience with leadership in grocery or restaurant settings, a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and basic math/weights knowledge.
• Must have minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists; process meat to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and merit increase decisions.
