Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the sales and operation of the Meat & Seafood Department. You will guide cutting, ordering, receiving, storage, and staff development to deliver top quality and service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years meat cutting experience with leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and performance, including nights and weekends. Salary is hourly with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership.
• Able to coach, develop, and evaluate Team Members.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
• Coach and evaluate team members through feedback and development discussions.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in store leadership activities.
• Recruit, hire and collaborate with Store Manager on promotion decisions.
• Manage scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead a team to deliver quality product and great customer experience.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
