Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry including leadership experience.
• Be able to stand for long periods and work in a temperature controlled environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and feedback; participate in performance reviews.
