You will plan cutting lists, manage purchasing and inventory, coach team members, and coordinate scheduling and safety standards while driving sales and gross profit. Competitive pay and benefits await.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant, including leadership.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity.
