Qualifications

• Two years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry, including leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Strong math, weights and measures skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to meet department goals.
• Ensure correct receiving, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance discussions and reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and exceptional customer service.
