Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with basic math knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience and 2–3 years grocery retail Meat dept. experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department operations and merchandising.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Lead in planning, direction, goal setting, and teamwork to drive sales.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to company programs.
