Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to help customers choose healthy options and lead one of the store's busiest departments. You will help maintain meat and seafood quality, guide staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires leadership and retail meat experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to support nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of professional experience with proven leadership experience and 2–3 years of grocery retail Meat department experience preferred.
• Reliable, outgoing, friendly attitude with the ability to engage customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in leading and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, product quality, and supervising the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
