Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the department's sales and operations with a focus on product quality and customer service. You will plan cutting lists, manage inventory, coach a team, and ensure accurate schedules while upholding safety and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, meat cutting experience, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industries with leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Requires knowledge of weights, measures and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of meat & seafood products.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Attend and contribute to in-store meetings and communicate standards to staff.
• Recruit, hire, and promote within the store in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency while ensuring customer service.
