Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Concord, NC is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to oversee the department’s sales, cutting, receiving, and daily operations. You will coordinate orders, schedules, and staff development to deliver the freshest products and a superior customer experience.

You’ll coach team members, participate in performance reviews, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, control costs, and maintain safety standards in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant settings, with leadership experience.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong math, weights, and measures understanding; good vision for knife safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of meat products.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance reviews.
• Lead and participate in store meetings; act as MOD when needed.
• Maintain product standards and customer service excellence.
