The Fresh Market in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Meat and Seafood Manager to lead the department, supervise team members, and maintain inventory accuracy and pricing integrity. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh meat and seafood products.

You’ll coach staff, ensure safety and TFMA certifications, work a flexible schedule including weekends, and uphold The Fresh Market standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, meat cutting, or culinary roles.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and department layouts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide accurate, timely service.
• Direct meat and seafood operations, ensure quality and inventory control.
• Manage pricing integrity and department processes.
• Coach and train team members and ensure safety training.
• Coordinate training and certification of staff.
