The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat and Seafood Manager to lead a high-energy team, oversee department inventory, pricing integrity, and key operational processes. The role demands precision, efficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will direct meat and seafood preparation, train staff, ensure TFMA certification within 90 days, and maintain rotation standards while driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, meat cutting and/or culinary experience.
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Handle, slice, cut and trim meat and seafood products while maintaining quality per TFMA standards.
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests.
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and shrinkage.
• Receive and stock goods following rotation standards.
