Harris Teeter in the United States seeks an Assistant Market Manager to support the Meat department leadership at retail locations. You will supervise up to 15 associates, coordinate tasks, and help implement store goals with the Market Manager.

You'll participate in interviewing and training, plan and direct work, and assist in performance appraisal and conflict resolution, while ensuring safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service and strong communication.
• Willingness to participate in required training and onboarding.
• Completion of company training including orientation and safety basics.
