Job summary

Harris Teeter in Manassas, VA is seeking an Assistant Market Manager to supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department and assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.

You will interview and train associates, plan and direct work, and help appraise performance. This role requires a commitment to customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

• Complete company training including orientation, food safety, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
