Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Market Manager to supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat department. This role assists the Meat/Seafood Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department to ensure excellent service and efficiency.

You will participate in interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, and addressing performance issues while upholding Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; or two to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
