Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Market Manager - DLT for our Meat department in our DC-area stores. You will assist in supervising up to 15 associates, support the Meat/Seafood Manager, and help ensure exceptional customer service and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, and evaluating performance. You will help address customer concerns and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge

Responsibilities
