Harris Teeter in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Assistant Market Manager for the Meat/Seafood Department. You will assist to manage and supervise up to 15 associates, supporting the Meat/Seafood Manager with department direction, coordination, and evaluation, while adhering to Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws.

This role involves interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, and contributing to performance reviews, rewards, and discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2–3 months related experience.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
• Willingness to participate in required training.
