CS Beef Packers is seeking a Pre-Sorter for its harvest department. The role requires examining, sorting, stamping, and identifying heads, organs, viscera, and carcasses with strong knife skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include inspecting head, liver, kidneys, spleen, heart, and lungs areas, final carcass checks, and tagging suspect products for veterinary evaluation.

Mansioni

• Examine heads and tongues, identify abnormalities, and handle suspect products.
• Inspect organs for defects in the liver, kidneys, and spleen area and perform incisions.
• Assess heart, lungs, and viscera for issues and perform required incisions.
• Examine carcasses in the final area and tag suspect ones for veterinary evaluation.
• Sort, stamp, and tag products and follow USDA procedures.
