Responsibilities

• Direct the short-term flow and organization of the production area.
• Cut to specified yields and ensure accuracy per cut tickets.
• Label products and equipment to comply with safety regulations.
• Record data for yield tests and monitor accuracy.
• Count inventory and maintain stock levels as directed.
• Maintain USDA-compliant work areas and equipment.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff.
• Participate in safety programs and follow safe work practices.
