Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a part-time Meat Associate to prepare, package, display and stock meat products at our Family Fare location in Wyoming, Michigan. You will follow safety and food-handling guidelines while contributing to guest experience and store profitability.

Responsibilities include producing meat items, labeling and merchandising, communicating with team members, and assisting with stock and order needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate with tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce meat products according to production planner.
• Package and label meat products per program plan.
• Merchandise meat products according to flight plan and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with meat products, rotate and date cases.
