• Review work schedule and safety checks on equipment.
• Prepare supplies and packaging materials from storage.
• Assemble boxes and labels; operate Cryovac sealer as required.
• Load, seal, and palletize finished meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Complete paperwork at end of shift.
