Foster Farms is hiring for Breast Meat Packaging/Over Crew-Day Shift in Kelso, WA. The role requires standing in a production environment, using small handheld tools, and rotating through station tasks throughout the shift.

Base pay is $19 per hour with shift premiums and benefits. Longevity and attendance bonuses are available, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must arrive on time and work required hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Follow established rules and procedures and accept constructive feedback.
• Work safely and set an example of good working habits.
• Follow GMPs and all Food Safety procedures.
• Work effectively with small hand-held tools (i.e. knives, scissors).
• Bend, climb, stoop, and stand as necessary depending on task.
• Repetitive lifting 3–5 lbs; 10–80 lbs as needed.
• Stand on concrete floor, grating, or metal stand for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for product run.
• Pack product into foam trays and/or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange on trays filled with chicken parts.
• Rotate through various positions on production areas during the shift.
• Visually inspect and grade chicken parts for production lines.
• Communicate with supervision and coworkers for task assistance and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
