Job summary

Foster Farms in Kelso, WA is hiring team members for production positions. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour with shift-premiums of $0.50 for 4pm–midnight and $1.00 for midnight–8am, plus longevity and attendance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for product run.
• Pack product into foam trays and/or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange on trays with chicken parts.
• Rotate through production positions and communicate with team leads.
• Stand and work in cold or hot environments as required by area.
