Job summary

Foster Farms in Kelso, WA is seeking Team Members for production roles. You will cut chicken into segments, pack products, label and arrange trays, and rotate through production areas during the shift.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow GMPs and all food safety procedures.
• Work overtime and weekends as scheduled.
• Stand on concrete floor and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand-held tools to cut chicken into segments for product run.
• Pack product into foam trays and/or plastic bags.
• Place labels and arrange on trays filled with chicken parts.
• Rotate through various production positions during the shift.
• Visually inspect and grade chicken parts for production lines.
• Work in cold or hot environments as designated by area.
• Communicate with supervision and co-workers regarding tasks and production issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
