You will follow the meat merchandising plan, trim and prepare standard cuts, train associates, and manage orders and inventory to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes sanitation, accurate pricing, and maintaining appealing display setups to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience safely using manual pallet jacks and power equipment.
• Experience with ordering and rotation, training, monthly inventory preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and packages beef, pork, and poultry according to policies.
• Prepares and places meat cuts in display counters to look attractive.
• Orders product based on customer demand and reviews bills for proper billing.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat to maintain cold chain and quality.
• Maintains sanitation and quality standards daily as per policy.
• Manages monthly inventory and helps maximize gross profit.
