Ideal candidates have meat experience, strong communication, and knife handling skills. This full-time role requires adherence to safety standards and the Company values, with wages between $19.35 and $22.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handler permit once employed and adequate knife handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, food safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Supervise all Meat Department functions in the Meat Manager's absence.
• Train and develop associates, manage scheduling and customer volume.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer product questions.
• Maintain pricing integrity, inventory and proper shelf temperatures.
• Support merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to promotions.
