Qualifications

• Current food handlers permit upon employment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates with a positive attitude.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Create a welcoming environment by answering questions and guiding customers.
• Inform customers of specials and samples to drive product discovery.
• Review products for quality and freshness and take action.
• Assist in budgeting, price changes, and inventory planning.
