Qualifications

• Experience in meat, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory control and stock management knowledge.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily meat department operations to ensure availability and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock rotation and replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and display per standards.
• Monitor quality and freshness; remove unsellable items.
• Supervise department staff and enforce procedures.
• Coordinate merchandising and signage to boost sales.
• Review inventory trends and address discrepancies.
• Oversee receiving and quality checks of incoming product.
• Maintain cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
