99 Ranch Market in Carrollton, TX invites applicants for the Management in Training (MIT) – Hot Deli Department Manager. This short-term program trains you to oversee hot deli operations, with progression toward a department manager role within 3–5 months depending on performance.

You will handle product prep, displays, ordering, inventory, and staff supervision, while ensuring top-notch customer service and compliance with safety standards. DOE compensation offered with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in the hot deli department or equivalent is required.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend, and holidays as needed.
• Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Hot Deli department from product prep to display and inventory control.
• Lead customer service efforts and address issues to improve service quality.
• Drive department sales while controlling labor and stock loss and analyzing sales data.
• Use company systems for inventory tracking and monthly counts.
• Supervise and schedule tasks, coach staff, and coordinate with HR on actions.
