Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in the produce department or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Cantonese, or English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Currently possess or have the ability to possess a Food Handler's certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Produce department operations from product prep to inventory control to drive sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address issues to improve service quality.
• Drive sales and manage costs, labor, and stock loss to meet targets.
• Use company systems to track sales, inventory, and perform monthly counts.
• Support HR processes including training, staffing, and promotions in coordination with HR.
