Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all meat department operations.
• Schedule staff and assign duties.
• Oversee ordering to support ads and maximize profit.
• Unload trucks and stock product on shelves up to 6 feet high.
• Prepare, weigh and price meat items; assist customers.
• Maintain inventory and freshness; rotate stock.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation in cutting room, cooler and freezer.
