Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all aspects of the meat department operation.
• Schedule the work and employees.
• Oversee ordering to support the ad and maximize gross and net profit.
• Unload product from trucks and stock shelves up to 6 feet high.
• Assist customers and cuts to order.
• Maintain product freshness and rotate stock; check code dates.
