Job summary

Harris Teeter seeks an Assistant Market Manager - DLT in the Meat department to assist the Market Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team in Retail Store Locations. Manages daily activities and supports customer service goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), willingness to train, strong communication, and the ability to supervise up to 15 associates while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
