Job summary

Harris Teeter in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking an Assistant Market Manager in the Meat department to assist in supervising up to 15 associates and support the Meat/Seafood Manager with direction, coordination and evaluation.

You will interview and train associates, plan and direct work, and participate in performance reviews, discipline, and resolving customer issues while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications
