Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Meat management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises meat department associates and coverage, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manages inventory, backroom organization, and product freshness.
• Schedules staff, oversees training, and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures proper product rotation, dating, and proper signage across the department.
• Coordinates with other departments and store leadership for merchandising and specials.
• Maintains department safety, sanitation, and PPE compliance.
