Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related or food service related field desirable.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in management within a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.
• Meat management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Oversees and participates in training, assigns work, and drives departmental performance.
• Develops and implements merchandising plans and displays to drive sales.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures product availability for customers.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality standards, and company recipes.
