Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Over one year of related work experience preferred.
• Cornell Home Study food safety course and Dale Carnegie are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service; treats customers as the most important people in the store.
• Trains new employees and assists in coaching team members.
• Ensures department standards are met and product freshness is maintained.
• Handles customer issues and passes along suggestions or requests.
• Maintains proper sanitation, temperatures and rotation of display cases.
