Qualifications

• Experience in meat, grocery, retail or warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory control and product handling knowledge.
• Ability to identify quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Experience in fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support daily meat department operations to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock control and rotation.
• Ensure all meat products are handled and stored in accordance with safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness, removing unsellable items as needed.
• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays.
• Support receiving processes by verifying incoming product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
