Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to prepare, cut, and merchandise meat products while delivering excellent customer service. You will work with the team to maintain quality, safety, and freshness across beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry, including specialty items.

The role requires 14+ months of retail meat experience and completion of WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent training, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry.
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (e.g. sausage, oven-ready products, and cured meats).
• Maintains sanitation and safety compliance per health regulations.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports team members.
