Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises products across meat categories.
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise and checks quality standards.
• Maintains sampling program and prevents spoilage.
• Mentors Meat Cutter Trainee(s) and ensures timely customer service.
• Ensures accurate signage, pricing, and cleanliness; follows safety rules.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; handles phones and customer queries.
• Operates with proper weights, measures, and sanitation requirements.
