Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises meat products following quality standards.
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (sausages, oven-ready products, cured meats).
• Maintains sampling program and monitors spoilage.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensures signs and pricing are accurate during openings, mid, and closing duties.
