Responsibilities

• Cut to specified yield and production standards per cut tickets.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies between tickets and customer purchases.
• Pull raw materials and pre-cut inventory per codes; report short shelf-life items.
• Label products and equipment per safety regulations.
• Record data for yield tests and inventory levels.
• Maintain work areas in USDA-compliant condition.
• Assemble and tear down equipment at shift start/end.
• Clean, store and maintain knives, scales, etc.
• Support profitability by achieving yields and meeting deadlines.
• Follow safety programs and report unsafe conditions or acts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
