Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to meet age requirements.
• 1+ year(s) of related meat department experience or training.
• Knowledge of product rotation, sanitation, and department SOPs.
• Meat-cutting skills with grinders/saws and proper tool use.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered, per standards.
• Operates electric grinder, saw, sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weighs, wraps, labels, and rotates products for counter display.
• Maintains cooler storage and adheres to food safety rules.
• Assists customers with product questions and selections.
