Food City is seeking a meat department team member to cut, grind, slice, and merchandise fresh meat while maintaining display cleanliness and accurate dating. You will assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking, and ensure proper rotation of products on the floor.

The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to HACCP guidelines, with responsibilities that include sanitation and accurate product handling.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Cut and merchandise all fresh meat.
• Assist in ordering, receiving and displaying products.
• Grind meat.
• Slice meat.
• Assist in organizing cooler layouts and stocking.
• Rotate product.
• Maintain neat display cases and proper code dates.
• Keep work station clean and organized.
• Department sanitized and disinfected twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Enforce and maintain HACCP program.
