Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Meat Cutter to maintain the meat department standards, trim and prepare cuts, and present attractive displays to maximize sales.

You will work under store leadership to ensure cold chain integrity, sanitation, and policy compliance while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably 1 year of meat-cutting experience with basic math and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of meat-cutting experience preferred, including use of hand tools and power equipment.
• Must read/write/speak English; Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the meat department to achieve and exceed metric goals.
• Oversee product ordering, merchandising, productivity, and shrink control.
• Coach and train teammates performing meat-related tasks.
• Set work priorities and direct tasks within the department.
• Cut and package beef, pork and poultry per policy.
