Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of meat-cutting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Must read/write/speak English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead meat department to meet/exceed metrics.
• Order, merchandise, and control shrink per policy.
• Coach and train others in meat tasks.
• Cut/package beef, pork and poultry as per policy.
• Ensure proper display, dating and labeling of products.
• Maintain cold chain and food safety standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
