Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare beef, pork and poultry items according to policy
• Wrap, weigh and price cuts per guidelines
• Label packages according to COOL, USDA and company standards
• Maintain sanitation and display standards to maximize sales
• Receive, inspect and store meat and maintain cold chain
• Assist with product ordering and rotation
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety policies
