Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut, weigh steaks, chops, and related meats for individual servings.
• Prepare value-added products per guidelines and follow recipes.
• Price, wrap, date and stock meat products; maintain displays.
• Notify manager when supplies need ordering; practice suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked department and follow safety guidelines.
