Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for individual servings.
• Produce value-added products per guidelines.
• Cut, trim, and bone carcass sections to cooking cuts.
• Follow recipes to grind and tray meats; make sausage and other products.
• Price, wrap, and display meat products per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and assist with ordering as needed.
• Practice suggestive selling and customer service.
• Follow safety, PPE, and food handling guidelines.
