Job summary

Qualifications

• Meat cutter experience and ability to work in a retail meat department.

Responsibilities

• Cut and weigh steaks, chops, and other cuts for individual servings.
• Produce value-added meat products per guidelines and recipes.
• Cut, trim, and bone carcass sections to reduce to cooking cuts; trim as needed.
• Price, date, wrap, and bag meat products per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department and shelves.
