Raley's is seeking a Meat Cutter to perform day-to-day Meat and Seafood department tasks with a strong emphasis on food safety and sanitation. You will help with stocking, production, merchandising, and provide customers with helpful product information.

You will operate meat department tools safely, maintain a clean and well-stocked counter, and assist with ready-to-go meat products while ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time.

Qualifications

• Food safety and sanitation focus throughout meat dept operations.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and product information.
• Knowledge of proper handling, cutting, trimming, and wrapping techniques.

Responsibilities

• Order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap and label meat and seafood products per quality and safety standards.
• Assist with stocking, production, and merchandising in meat department.
• Maintain clean, stocked meat counter and service cases; assist with prepared deli meats and cheeses.
